Hi, I’m Corrine Wilson
I'm a certified Life Coach and pursuing certification in Health and Wellbeing coaching, and am trained in Mindfulness. I am a wife, mother, and grandmother to my amazing family. I feel blessed to be surrounded by loving and supportive family, fur babies, and friends.
My career path has included EAP counseling, office management, behavioral health, and customer and food service. I am passionate about helping others, love to cook, plan parties, vacation on the beach, and spend time at my happy place, my patio.
I am excited that you are here and welcome any questions you may have. My life, formal education, and career experiences have taught me many valuable lessons and skills, which I am ready to share with you in discovering your life's purpose.

I started Mindful Heart in April, 2023 after completing certification as a Life Coach. I had previously worked as an Employee Assistance Counselor, so it seemed a natural fit after meeting with so many clients who were struggling with issues and transition(s) in their lives. Ironically, my job was eliminated during my training, so I too was faced with "what next?" After a lot of thought, hard work, and support, I created my plan.
Mindful Heart is about appreciating and realizing the whole person then coming up with a unique vision designed just for you.

I signed up for my first course in mindfulness during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021 as many of my clients were experiencing increased anxiety due to the event, so I needed extra skills. I quickly learned that before I could help anyone, I had to start with me. Mindfulness has helped me to understand the need for "me time." It wasn't easy for me as there is always something I need to do or worry about. The techniques I learned have helped me to focus and appreciate the moments.
I decided to sign up for a more intense mindfulness program where I am currently enrolled. I now offer basic tools to introduce you to the benefits of mindfulness.
Health and Wellness
Health & Wellbeing coach
I have met with a lot of clients to discuss their goals, family life, and careers. In many of these sessions, I realized that a vast majority were also struggling with chronic health issues. I wasn’t trained or prepared to offer direction here, so I researched and chose to add Health and Well-being coaching to my skill set. I am now enrolled with Wellcoaches and will earn certification within the next few months. I want to help you by supporting you in your recovery journey from a medical procedure, diagnoses, or chronic illness. I will also help you in reaching your goals for a more fulfilling life.
Health and Wellness are often thought to be the same thing yet are very distinct. Health is just that. It is our physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing whereas Wellness is what you do or the choices you make in feeling life satisfaction.

Finally, I feel that I have been training to be a coach for most of my life. Being a wife, mother, daughter, student, and working in various careers has culminated in who I am. In many of my jobs, I seemed to attract coworkers who sought advice or just wanted someone to listen to them. They would say, "you're a good listener." Honestly, I like to talk and meet new people, so it was all very natural. I also love helping and sharing life tools when I can.
It's not about having all of the answers or "fixing people." Instead, I hope to help you find your vision through personal discovery.
